Clean Hawaiian Pizza Recipe-- 21 Day Fix Approved!

Clean Hawaiian Pizza Recipe! (21 Day Fix Approved)

One of my favorite foods EVER is pizza! Given a choice, it would have been my dinner Every. Single. Night before I started eating clean. It is one of those foods I never get tired of! The only problem-- all the fat and carbs in take-out pizza have always left me feeling SO bad! I always felt sick, tired and defeated after indulging.

When I started 21 Day Fix, one of my first goals was to find a pizza recipe I could use to fill that craving while still sticking to the plan. I came up with this recipe. It not only fills my pizza craving, but it also leaves me feeling full, satisfied and energized.

This is also an AWESOME recipe to make with kids, they just love decorating their own pizzas!

What you need:

-1 Whole Grain Tortilla or Whole Grain light Flat Out
- 2 Tablespoons clean pizza sauce (I had no issue finding one in my local grocery store that contained nothing but tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and garlic)
-1/3 Cup pineapple (Canned tidbits are convenient, just make sure there is no added sugar or syrup)
-4 slices of turkey bacon, crumbled
-1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese
-1 teaspoon of olive oil
-Seasoning of choice (I used dried Oregano, basil and garlic)

How to do it:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

While oven is pre-heating Place the tortilla on a baking sheet and spread 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil on the tortilla. Sprinkle it with seasoning. Flip it over and rub the other side of the tortilla with your other half a teaspoon of olive oil.

With seasoning side down, bake tortilla in oven for 3-5 minutes. Flip the tortilla and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until slightly browned. This helps make your crust crispy!

Remove tortilla from oven and spread with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over sauce. Add pineapple and crumbled turkey bacon.

Bake assembled pizza  for 7-10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Enjoy with a side salad for a delicious and healthy dinner!

This simple dinner has turned in to a go-to for my family on busy weeknights. I pre-cook the bacon and slice the pineapple ahead of time so that this dinner can be on the table in less than 30 minutes!
